Traders interested in participating in CME Globex® electronic markets may select from a variety of trading applications to execute orders and receive market data directly. These applications are provided by a number of sources, including CME Group, brokers and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). Traders may choose to connect directly to CME Globex.

CME EOS Trader™ and CME Globex Trader® are proprietary front-end applications for trading on the CME Globex platform. CME Group is postponing the CME Globex Trader decommission until May 30, 2008. More information on CME Globex Trader and the decommission is available online.

On the CME Group trading floors at 20 S. Wacker, traders can access CME Globex products through the CME GALAX-C® electronic handheld trading system. In addition, third-party handheld solutions are available from a number of vendors for trading.
